Brendan Tizard | Sagamore Ventures

Brendan Tizard is the Vice President of Real Estate & Investments at Sagamore Ventures.  He oversees the family office’s real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development investments, most notably the Baltimore Peninsula development. 

Brendan has 10+ years of experience in real estate management and investment.  He was previously Director of Operations & Asset Management at Carrollton Enterprises, which specialized in the development and asset management of grocery-anchored retail assets in the Baltimore and DC Metro area.  Brendan grew up exploring Baltimore while also engaging in the sport of lacrosse. He provides one on one development sessions for players and enjoys giving back to the young athletes.

Brendan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Loyola University of Maryland in 2014. In 2019, Brendan earned his Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Brendan has lived in Baltimore City for eight years and currently resides in Northern Baltimore City with his wife Caroline and their dog Rosie.
